Joseph AYODELE BSc, MBA, CMC, FAPC1, FIMC
Director-General at the African Principals Conference Initiatives, an integrated manpower training, awards, and care organization for educational leaders in Africa. Mr. Ayodele is also the coordinator and visioner of the yearly Africa Top School Awards of the Africa Brands Review Services. He will be sharing his experiences of yearly visitations, discussions, and interviews with CEOs/ Principals of top 1000 Schools in external examinations in Nigeria since 2012. Joseph was the Lead Trainer and Head of the Training School at the Procter & Gamble AG Switzerland/ West Africa Limited from 1991 to 1996. Joseph has provided leadership to the African Principals Conference Initiatives (APCI) in pioneering the Africa Great Principals Academy for the training and retraining of Schools Heads and CEOs since 2019, the 21st- Century Effective Students Hostel Managers workshops, The Outstanding Africa PTA Executives Training, and the yearly Africa Outstanding Professors Awards. Other customer-specific training, the Future Africa Problem Solvers series for students, Elements of Effective Teaching Workshops, Effective Learning Assessments Workshops, Effective e-learning and flipped classrooms management workshops. The APCI has just successfully initiated and conducted an annual Fellowship Induction and Conference for outstanding Principals and educators, with the aim of promoting lifelong learning among leaders in the African education sector.
Joseph has an impressive track record in market analysis, market research, marketing communications, Brand and Sales Development, Corporate profitability, and sustainable competitive advantage. Derived from his work as Export Business Development Manager for Procter & Gamble West Africa in Geneva, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, and Kenya and in Nigeria. Marketing Adviser of Nutrifoods Limited, Marketing Manager of Honey Well Flour Mills Plc, and from his consulting works with Nigeria Companies over the years. He has worked with Procter and Gamble Geneva on leadership programs, Loyalty Programmes, Internal Communications, and retail trade, and has pioneered training in key areas of customer satisfaction monitor studies in Nigeria. He works with clients to maximize the value of data through information sharing, analysis, and relevant campaigns.
