Here is the invitation to join the Excellence in School Management Charter Programme of the African Principals Conference Initiative (APCI)

Participation is voluntary and not discriminatory, and it is strictly for Head of schools/ Principals/Directors/CEOs/Proprietors with determination to build a distinct and highly successful school brands. Let’s manage our schools for value.

Our Mindset:

1. Every school brand/ campus is unique, and must have unique yearly goals for school improvement and development. This must be transparent to all stakeholders; internal control at campus/ school level is more sustainable than external control.
2. The APCI Fellows; a network of lifelong learners will support every charter member to make success of their yearly school improvement & development plan. Ensuring commitment and support of their school staff members, and stakeholders.
3. Every Principal in government Model Schools and Colleges, both Federal and States; including the Africa Top Schools (ATS) 5-Star rated school must be committed to yearly performance improvement targets for their schools.  There must be determination to manage every school for value. No two schools are the same.

Any financial commitment?

Yearly support fees for school visits, and support for the ATS 5-Star rating platform, at the level of the star rating of every school. This qualifies each school for three free training in a year, and commentary on their school improvement and development initiative.
