We are searching for Outstanding Principals for the November 2024 Africa Top Schools’  (ATS) Awards, for a good handshake with the Honorable Minister of Education. For a Principal to be outstanding, every single person who works in the school must lead, i.e. they must take ownership for their assignment, and do seriously exceptional work. Mother Teresa said it so well: if everyone would sweep their own doorstep, the whole world would be clean, so for each of us to show leadership, we need to start by being excellent in our current role, and focusing on developing the leadership potentials of our people.

There must be evidence that your activity is inspiring others to dream, learn,  and do more for the school, and along the way become leaders themselves.

If you know a school leader that fits our search, please contact us. However, such nominated leaders must have flair for writing and for documenting their contribution to educational development. Highlighting specific initiatives, their impact, and their  role in driving the change. Reaching out to the ATS organizer with nominations of deserving candidates would help in identifying and celebrating outstanding educational leadership.
