SCHOOL FOR THE GIFTED

School for the Gifted is located in Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. It was established in 1994 to cater for the educational needs of the exceptionally gifted and intelligent students in the Federal Capital Territory. It is a co-educational college with full boarding facilities.
Since inception the school has recorded tremendous success in every area thus, justifying the essence of her establishment.

ENTERPRENEURSHIP
1. We train our students on self-reliance. Our SAGE club has produced
i) Liquid soap in collaboration with Marketing students.
ii) Knitting of dresses, beads, catering work, tieing of scarfs, plaiting of hairs, shoe making. Our students performance is highly rated here.
2. The school through the efforts of the students maintains a large fish pond where most times harvest fish for their meal.
3. The school also has a large farm where students plant crops like maize, beans that sometime are used for their feeding.
4. The science department is unique in the production of paints.

SPORTS
The school pays unique and unpararel attention to the extra-curricular development of the students and this is reflected in the provision of various sporting facilities

DISCIPLINE
School for the Gifted maintains zero tolerance for indiscipline and exam malpractice. Bulling and fagging of the junior students by the senior ones are frown at. This results to the friendly and conducive learning environment we have in the school.
